We are pleased to inform you that an online continuing education programe is going to be held
during February 20 – 21, 2026 at I.I.T. Kharagpur.
With the advancement of new technologies and the paradime shift in use of learning matarials in
the era of artificial intelligence (AI), the school education is facing different types of challenges.
The school teacher’s need to handle large number of student’s with different backgrounds of
socio-cultural and economic experiences. The teacher’s need to adopt befitting pedagogy for
imparting foundational knowledge of different subjects.
Accordingly the teacher’s education in the B.ED colleges have introduced new curriculum to
enable the teachers to use AI Tools and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in
preparing their teaching plans and designing learning activities of the student’s and assigning the
student’s to design special drive for the weaker student’s.
Keeping this objectives in mind, the experienced faculty members have designed an online
